Francis Pedraza is the Founder of Invisible, a company pioneering the global digital assembly line by creating a single bot that enables people to outsource their work and add more time into their day. Pedraza founded Invisible in 2015 with an idea to give people a way to spend more time focusing on the work that matters so that they can reach their full potential. Prior to Invisible, Pedraza was the Founder and CEO of Everest, an app founded to help people achieve personal goals. Pedraza studied history, philosophy, and economics at Cornell University and Oxford University.

Brian Hoffstein is a strategic innovator whose deep scholarship and visionary insight have shaped initiatives at Harvard Business School, Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative, TED, Big Think, Singularity University, and prominent venture-backed startups across AI, distributed technologies, and the new economy. He specializes in cultivating intelligence networks that catalyze synergy, skillful collaboration, and collective evolution.

Served as an options market maker at the Chicago Board of Trade in the 1980s, land developer and construction manager in Mexico and Silicon Valley through the 1990s, and consultant in the 2000s. Team member for tech startups since 2007, including roles as CFO for two AI startups between 2015 and 2020. Currently serving the organization and initiatives of the Pendragon Family Office.

Raffi Grinberg is a business leader and educator based in Washington, D.C. He is the author of How to Be a Grown Up: The 14 Essential Skills You Didn't Know You Needed (Until Just Now), based on the popular Adulting 101 course he created and taught at Boston College. He is the Executive Director of Dialog and was previously co-founder of The Constructive Dialogue Institute (with Jonathan Haidt), both multimillion-dollar education organizations that bring people together for conversations. He graduated with honors from Princeton University and worked in management consulting at Bain & Company. He is also the author of The Real Analysis Lifesaver, a mathematics textbook published by Princeton University Press.

Charles Songhurst is a technology investor and has been a member of the Meta Board of Directors since December 2024. He served as General Manager of Global Corporate Strategy at Microsoft Corporation, from 2009 to 2013 and as General Manager from 2005 to 2009, focused on partnering and M&As. He ran the Yahoo Acquisition and commercial deal, and drove the Skype acquisition. Before running Corporate Strategy, Charles was focused on the emergence of Google and the growth of the search industry. Charles invests in a broad range of startups, with a primary focus on enterprise SaaS and deep tech, as well as biotechnology, cybersecurity, and quantum computing companies. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University.

Nicholas thinks about thinking. He is currently researching and realizing a new project focused on the ‘thinking’ part of ‘long-term thinking’. Before this, Nicholas helped run The Long Now Foundation—the storied nonprofit founded to foster long-term thinking at the timescale of 10,000 years—where he served as both Director of Development and Director of Strategy, for nearly a decade. His background spans systems engineering and philosophy. He regularly advises frontier technologists and cultural entrepreneurs. He is currently a fellow at The Institute in San Francisco, California.

Brandon Chrinian is a Fair Lawn, New Jersey-based financial executive who serves as the President and CEO of Ashley Furniture Home Stores of Metro New York & New Jersey. He has been with the company since 2017, and previously worked as a product specialist with Ashley Furniture from 2013 to 2015. Brandon Chrinian was appointed President and CEO in 2024, and has also held company titles such as COO, vice president of operations and manager of enterprise excellence.

Mr. Chrinian has additional accounting experience as a deal advisory associate at KPMG, where he provided a range of advisory services such as EBITDA adjustments and accounting change services (ASC 606 and ASC 842) to multinational and Fortune 500 companies. He also completed finance-focused internships at Belmont Engineered Plastics and PWC.

Prior to joining KPMG, Brandon Chrinian obtained a master of science in accounting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a bachelor of science in accounting from Calvin College. He belongs to the Young Presidents' Organization and Knight Investment Management.

Early career includes leading FreeMarkets' UK/Nordic division through IPO and acquisition, positions at GM’s European motorsports business, and consulting at WPP.

Zohar Atkins is the Founder of Etz Hasadeh, a Center for Existential Torah. He earned a DPhil in Theology from Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar and received semikha from the Jewish Theological Seminary as a Wexner Graduate Fellow. He holds BA and MA degrees from Brown University.

Named one of The Jewish Week’s “36 under 36 Changemakers in Jewish Life” (2016) and recipient of the Eric Gregory Award for Poetry (2018), Zohar is the author of An Ethical and Theological Appropriation of Heidegger’s Critique of Modernity (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018) and the poetry collection Nineveh (Carcanet, 2019).
